Red Kottabos

Uve: Merlot, Sangiovese.    Alc. 13,50%


The Merlot harvested in the  hills around Cereta, take full advantage of the microclimate that nourishes this plant , thus guaranteeing the  perfect  balance which results in this full, smooth and warming wine. The ageing of the wine in French oak barrels adds a sweet bouquet that ideally blends with and contrasts the flavour of this most typical Italian grape, Sangiovese. It  endows the wine with great body, refined elegance this  making it a very  pleasant drink.

Served at a temperature of 18°degrees, it ideally complements strong and succulent red meat dishes.
