Red Kanthros

Uve: Merlot, Syrah   Alc. 14,00%

 

Its low production per hectare (due to the type  of  terrain); a type of cane-pruning called Guyot; in addition to the selective  harvesting of the grape bunches and a fermentation process at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers, have allowed us to create a product of great structure, harmonised by the velvety tannins as well as the typical and various bouquets of the individual grapes.


Served at a standard cellar temperature of 18°/20°, this wine  goes beautifully with red meat dishes or served simply  with cured meats and cheeses.
