Red Zilath

Uve: Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Carignano     Alc. 12,50%

 

These three important vines in the vast Italian enological panorama are skilfully tended  in the vineyards and then later in the wine cellar, and are then carefully  allowed to ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Together they create a fragrantly rich nose and soft flavour  which can ideally accompany  all types of meat dishes.

 

When chilled to a temperature of 10°/12° it is also ideal with succulent seafood soups.
