Dried Giacchè

Uve: Giacchè      Alc.15,50%

The tightness of the structure of this ancient vine on the vine itself allows it to carry out a kind of natural drying process before it has even been harvested, thus maximising all of its potential without in any way compromising the variety and range of  its characteristics. Produced  in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, it develops an incredible vigour which gives off  a suggestive  bouquet to the palate, infused also  with vigorous tannins. This combination reminds us of the austere ardour of such an ancient land.


Ideally suitable with mature cheese or ricotta cheese served with honey, jam or  sweet-and-sour sauce.
