The produce of an ancient land
Amongst the ruins of the Ancient country house of Cento Corvi ( which means a Hundred Crows) built by Prince Orsini around 1400, are to be found distant memories of the past and the rich earthy hills covered in vineyards. Today, the Collacciani family has set up a state-of-the winery to make the most of the fruit from this land.
The unique climatic conditions and exceptional quality of the soil have ensured vine cultivation on this land for thousands of years. This would explain why this special earth, as well as being naturally suitable for this type of grape cultivation, can also now boast a high level of wine-making traditions.
